Notice The Bumble Bee

the small child, and the smiling faces. =)

Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams. ;) What's my dream? Well, not exactly my ultimate dream, but my short term goal for now -- complete my undergraduate degree in the University of Pennsylvania. When I was young, my parents never depicted that being a doctor/lawyer is a big big deal, they never made me think that it's a must for me to become a professional. Try asking MOST people what they want out of life and the answer is simple -- to be successful. If someone did ask "What do you want to be in the future?", in accordance with that, say profession or career wise, and at this point of my life, I would just shrug. =p But I guess this goes out to all teenagers walking in the same shoes, filled with dilemma on the immense question of "What to be when I grow up?". =/

To some people, they wanna be famous and wealthy, run a rosy business, acquire a perfect lover and blissful marriage etc. Bear in mind to never say never to your dreams even though people may mock at you, or even laugh at you as they may think that your dreams are unattainable or you are merely a dreamer. Sooo......back to my short term goal. XD You may wonder, why USA? It's because my mom worked in US before, for around 3-4 years. She basically told me everything good about US, she worked in New Jersey and Allentown (Pennsylvania), she stayed in Brooklyn (New York) and so forth. Then my second eldest sister's boyfriend graduated from St. Cloud State University (Minnesota), he too has told me how challenging was it to study overseas in the US. He worked as a NIGHT GUARD in his campus, and heard creepy noises during midnight. GOSHHH......spooky. =/ Nonetheless, after listening to all the recaps from them, I am VERY SURE that I will LOVE US heaps! =D

Before I get accepted into UPenn, there would be hurdles. UPenn is one of the Ivy League schools, but I would never see it as a full stop. In the future, I hope to excel in my studies and see the world through different perspectives. What's important is to be able to balance my life and learn to enjoy the little things that are truly of utmost importance -- family and friends. =) Without them, there won't be me. The smiles of my dearly departed granny, will encourage me to strive and achieve even greater heights. =')

I really hope to see myself in that 4 years later. But what I genuinely want, is to live well, laugh often, love much. ;)

P/S: I hope the world doesn't end in 2012 though. =p GO GREEN AND SAVE EARTH! ^^
